This is the extemporaneous speech Obama gave to union members in Milwaukee the other day. I first saw it over at Balloon Juice, where John C. said everybody had to watch. He scares me, so I did, but this is something really good:

My God, I’m actually sitting in a coffee shop with my computer (Cafe Loka, on Ledoux Street in the old part of Taos). Gimme a little time, and I’ll put up a silly movie I just made.

A few months back Macinstruct.com held a contest for the best tutorial. First prize was a Mac Mini, so I jumped in with a video entry called “Make a Movie on Your MacBook.” (You can view it here.) I produced the thing in just one afternoon, leaving out some important info in the process, and the entry was DOA. But I did get to use a little of my own guitar playing for the soundtrack (randomlhy recorded several years ago), and for my money that’s the best part.
