		<description>But are the possibilities only (a) beautiful ineptitude and (b) competent vulgarity?  The place I would want to live is both beautiful and competent (even if I don't actually live in such a place).  They may not be easily to be had, and beauty and competency are always in the eye of the beholder anyhow.  But why dicotomize the world between those polarities?  If those are the only choices, count me out.</description>
