		<description>Hamburger, of course, refers to Hamburg, Germany, where the idea of serving ground meat as a steak was (in theory) dreamed up.  So when we have that most AMERICAN of meals, a hamburger and french fries, we celebrate the US as a melting pot of (European) cultures.  By adding Green Chile, you get Native Americans into the act!</description>
